原发性尿道恶性肿瘤26例

目的：提高对原发性尿道恶性肿瘤的诊治水平。方法：回顾性分析26例原发性尿道恶性肿瘤的临床资料。结果：原发性尿道恶性肿瘤与尿道疾病有关，病理类型以腺癌、鳞癌为多见，其它恶性肿瘤较少见。临床表现主要有尿道出血，排尿困难，尿道肿块等。结论：尿道镜检，B超检查及活组织检查是主要的诊断方法。手术切除肿瘤是主要的治疗方法，但肿瘤的位置、侵犯范围、组织学特点和有无远处转移是决定肿瘤治疗方案和预后的因素，同时应考虑患者术后的生活质量。

Primary maligant tumors of urethra(report of 26 cases)

Objective To improve the diagnosis of primary maligant tumors of urethra.Methods Clinical data of in 26 cases of primary maligant tumors of urethra were analysed retrospectively.Results Primary maligant tumors of urethra were related to diseaes of urethra.Adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma were mainly pathological classification.The rest pathological classification were found rarely.The main clinical manifestations were urethremorrhage,urethremphraxis and so on.Conclusions The main diagnostic methods include urethroscopy.Bultrasound exam and biopsy.The main treatment is operation,however,the operatve mode and prognosis should depena on tumor stage and patients life quality after operation.
