| 摘 要： | 本文对56例慢活肝.慢迁肝和肝硬化患者,以DANS-CI 荧光聚酰胺薄膜层析进行血浆10种游离氨基酸定量测定,HBV-M 和肝功能检测.其中26例作了肝活检病理学验证。结果表明临床诊断为慢活肝、慢迁肝和肝硬化患者,其血浆BCAA/AAA 分子比值均下降,其中(?)氨酸/酪氨酸分子比值的下降更有意义,健康人组为6.6,慢活肝、慢迁肝和肝硬化3组分别为3.0、1.7和2.3,均比对照组为低.经多元逐步回归分析提示这3组各自有相关性氨基酸浓度的改变,为今后选测氨基酸诊断不同类型慢性肝病提供了依据.

| Abstract: | We had examined quantitative determination of 10 plasma free amino acid concentra-
tions in 56 patients with various chronic liver diseases (chronic active hepatitis,chronic pro-
crastinated hepatitis,hepatic cirrhosis) and compared with 29 healthy persons by
DANS-CL reaction of polyamide thin layer chromatography.Meanwhile we had tested
HBV-M and liver function in all cases,but 26 cases by liver biopsy.The result was as fol-
lows:All cases showed decline of BCAA(branched-chain amina acid) / AAA (aromatic
amino acid).The decline in Val/Tyr ratio was more significant,being 6.6 in healthy per-
sons,3.0 in CAH,1.7 in CPH and 2.3 in hepatic cirrhosis.By multiple stepwise regression
analysis,it is suggested that CAH,CPH and cirrhosis have changes of different amino acid
concentrations respectively.Therefore,examining the dynamic changes of amino acid in
plasma can provide important data for the diagnosis and treatment of various kind of
chronic liver diseases. |
