| 摘 要： | 神经降压素是一种分布于脑和胃肠道的多肽,具有广泛的中枢和外周效应。近来研究表明神经降压素及其1型受体的信号与乳腺癌的增殖、抗凋亡、侵袭转移方面具有密切的联系;而神经降压素受体1仅在乳腺癌中表达将为开发神经降压素类似物为基础的新型肿瘤显像剂及靶向治疗药物提供广泛的应用前景,有助于乳腺癌的早期诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | Neurotensin is a polypeptide,distributed mainly in the brain and the gastrointestinal tract.It has a wide range of central and peripheral effects.Recent studies indicate that the signal of neurotensin and neurotensin receptor 1 is closely associated with proliferation,anti-apoptosis,invasion,and metastasis of breast cancer.The fact that high expression of neurotensin receptor 1 in breast cancer may provide a great potential to exploit new tumor imaging agents based on neurotensin analogues or neurotensin receptor-targeted therapeutic drugs,which may contribute to the early diagnosis and therapy in breast cancer. |
