溃疡性结肠炎癌变机制及预防的研究进展

溃疡性结肠炎是一种难治性、易复发、有癌变倾向的炎症性肠病。结直肠癌一直是溃疡性结肠炎患者最为担忧的远期并发症。但是,溃疡性结肠炎的癌变机制尚不清楚,临床上也缺乏有效的监测及预防。本文将溃疡性结肠炎相关性结直肠癌的流行病学特点、危险因素、发病机制以及预防措施作一综述。

Ulcerative colitis: advances on mechanisms of carcinogenesis and prevention strategies

Ulcerative colitis is a kind of inflammatory bowel disease that is difficult to treat,easy to recur and prone to become malignant.The most serious complication of the disease is its developing into colorectal cancer.However,the mechanism of carcinogenesis of ulcerative colitis is not yet clear.Moreover,there is a lack of effective surveillance and prevention.In this article,the epidemiological characteristics,risk factors,carcinogenesis mechanism,and prevention strategies of ulcerative colitis-associated colorectal cancer are reviewed.
