汉源县影响大骨节病病情下降的主要因素调查

目的研究大骨节病病情与自然、经济、生产、生活等相关因素的关系.方法按照大骨节病监测方案要求,连续进行13年的病情监测,调查病区居民的膳食结构及生产、生活、经济收入情况,将收集的资料进行分析.结果病区居民年人均主食自产面粉50 kg时,儿童发硒<0.10 μg,大骨节病X线阳性检出率高达50%.自产面粉减少到10 kg,儿童发硒含量>0.16 μg,X线阳性检出率下降到4.5%.结论大骨节病流行的必备因素是病区自产面粉,同时也受自然、经济、生产、生活等因素的制约与影响.

Major factors influencing the state of Kaschin-Beck disease in Hanyuna County, Sichuan Province
