| 摘 要： | 目的评价子宫动脉检塞（UAE）对卵巢功能的影响。方法对366例子宫肌瘤患者进行UAE治疗，并检测术前、术后1，3，6，12，24，36个月血中雌二醇（E2）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成激素（LH）水平。结果在276例获得完整随访的患者中，检塞前后E2、FSH、LH的水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论子宫肌瘤患者行UAE治疗，并不影响卵巢功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the influence of uterine arterial embolization（UAE） on the functions of ovarian in patients with uterine leiomyoma. Methods The blood level of estradiol（ E2 ） ,follicle stimulating hormone（FSH） and luteinizing hormone （LH） before UAE and 1,3,6,12,24,36 months after UAE were measured in 366 eases with uterine leiomyoma. Results 276 complete follow-up eases showed that there was no significant difference in the levels of E2 , FSH and LH before and after the UAE. Conclusions UAE should not affect ovarian function of patients with uterine leiomyoma. |
