摘    要:在医学图像处理中,常常需要提取出等值面来进行三维重建。传统的Marching Cube(MC)算法在进行三维重建时十分耗时。不能实时响应处理。因此,提出一种基于cuda的MC算法来解决这个问题。相对于cpu上运行的MC算法,基T-cuda的MC算法运行效率明显提高,且不同阈值的表面可被实时提取出来。

Abstract:In medical image processing, the isosurfaces are usually extracted for 3D reconstruction. The traditional Marching Cube (MC) algorithm is time-consuming when reconstructing the extracted volume data and can not be implemented in real-time. Therefore, the MC algorithm based on cuda is proposed to solve the problem. Contrary to the MC algorithm implemented on cpu, the modified method based on cuda is more effective. Furthermore, surfaces at distinguished threshold values can be extracted in real-time.
