锁骨中段骨折两种内固定方式临床疗效比较

目的：研究克氏针与重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折的临床疗效。方法：依数字随机法将105例锁骨中段骨折者分为两组,分别采用重建钢板与克氏针内固定治疗,比较两组疗效。结果：重建钢板内固定组骨折平均愈合时间3个月,其中优40例,良4例,差3例,优良率93.6%;克氏针髓内固定组骨折平均愈合时间4个月,优27例,良13例,差14例,优良率74.1%。两组优良率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折固定牢靠,为治疗锁骨中段骨折首选方法。

Comparison of 2 Fracture Fixations for Clavicle Midpiece Fracture Treatment

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of reconstruction plate in treatment of clavicle midpiece fracture and compare with Kirschncr's wire.Methods:To comparative analyse the outcomes of clavicle midpiece fracture treated by reconstruction plate and by Kirschner's wire retrospectively.Results:In reconstruction plate group,mean heal time was 3 months.40 cases were excellent,4 cases were good,3 cases were worse.The rate of excellent and good was 93.6%.In Kirschner's group,the mean heal time was 4 months.27 cases were excellent,13 cases were good,14 cases were worse.The rate of excellent and good was 74.1% (P<0.01).Conclusion: Open reduction and internal fixation with reconstruction plates is the first choice for the treatment of clavicle midpiece fracture.
