摘    要:目的:研究不同型号的大孔树脂对金荞麦中有效成分的纯化效果,以寻找最佳型号的大孔树脂。方法:以表儿茶素、金E含量和浸膏率为指标,结合HPLC指纹图谱,选择最佳型号大孔树脂。结果:AB-8型大孔树脂对表儿茶素洗脱率为89.78%,对金E洗脱率为93.04%。HPLC指纹图谱共有峰面积比较表明AB-8型大孔树脂更适合用于金荞麦有效成分的纯化。结论:采用AB-8型大孔树脂纯化金荞麦中有效成分是可行的。

Abstract:Objective:Study the purification effect of different types of macroporous resin on effective constituents of Fagopyri Dibotryis Rhizoma, in order to find the best macroporous resin.Methods:Epicatechin,mixture of proanthocyanidins tannic condensation, combined with HPLC fingerprint,were used as evaluation to select the better vesin.Results:The elution rate of epicatechin by AB-8 resin was 89.78%,the elution rate of mixture of proanthocyanidins tannic condensation by AB-8 resin was 93.04%.The common peaks' area of HPLC fingerprint showed that AB-8 resin was suited to purify priceid in effective constituents of Fagopyri Dibotryis Rhizoma.Conclusion:The process of applying AB-8 resin to purity effective constituents of Fagopyri Dibotryis Rhizoma is feasible.
