不同产地雪菊化学成分含量测定及模式识别研究

摘    要:目的:研究维药雪菊中主要化学成分的分布特征及模式识别方法,为雪菊的品质评价和质量控制提供实验依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法及ICP法,测定新疆10批次、不同产地雪菊样品化学成分含量,运用主成分分析和聚类分析进行模式识别研究。结果:主成分分析选出3个主因子,得出雪菊特征成分为Mn,Ni,Fe,Pb,Cr,Al;聚类分析将10批药材聚为3大类,不同产地雪菊中主要成分的含量与气候、地理位置等生态环境存在着一定的相关性。结论:通过测定若干含量为指标,利用主成分分析和聚类分析法清晰地揭示了雪菊不同产地的规律性和差异性。

Abstract:Objective:To study the character of the contents and distribution of chemical composition of Uighur Medicine Coreopsis ticntoria flowers (CTF), and to provide valuable experimental evidence for the quality evaluation and control of CTF. Method: Ten batches of samples,CTF come from different producing areas of Xinjiang were carried out to quantitate by UV and ICP.Principal component analysis and Hierarchical clustering analysis were applied to study on the chemical components were extracted from the original data. The principal component composition and chemical pattern recognition. Result: Three principal analysis results showed that Cu, Zn,Fe,Mn,Ni,Cr and Al may be the characteristic elements. The ten samples could be clustered reasonably into three groups, and the contents of chemical composition of CTF were related to the ecological environment, such as temperature and location. Conclusion: This paper, by measuring the number of content indicators, using principal component analysis and cluster analysis clearly reveals the regularity of the different origins and differences in CTF.
