三黄散瘀巴布剂基质配方的研究

摘    要:目的 优选三黄散瘀巴布剂的基质配方。方法 以巴布剂的外观性状和粘力为评价指标,通过单因素考察、正交试验以及验证试验,确定三黄散瘀巴布剂的较优基质配方。结果:三黄散瘀巴布剂的较优基质配方为:NP-700∶K-90∶甘油=0.5 g∶0.4 g∶6 g,取大黄、黄芩合提浓缩液加入卡波姆-u10NF得到浓度0.02 g∙mL-1溶液,溶胀过夜,作为A相,将0.5 g聚丙烯酸钠和0.4 g 聚乙烯吡咯烷酮加入到6 g甘油中作为B相,将三氯化铝和柠檬酸加入到水中作为C相,黄柏单提浓缩液作为D相,将上述四相按照A:B:C:D=10:3:3:5的比例充分混合搅匀,搅拌15 min后,涂布,盖上防粘层。结论:所选的三黄散瘀巴布剂基质配方简单、稳定,可用于大生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the matrix formula of Sanhuang Sanyu Cataplasm. Methods Taking appearance and viscosity of cataplasm as evaluation indices, mainly through a series of single factor experiment, orthogonal test, validation test to determine the matrix formula of Sanhuang Sanyu cataplasm. Results The optimized conditions of matrix formula of San Yu Ointment was as follows: NP-700: K-90: glycerol = 0.5 g: 0.4 g: 6 g, adding carbomer-u10NF into concentrate of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Radix Scutellariae to be a 0.02 g∙mL-1 solution, swellwd overnight, as the A phase, add 0.5 g sodium polyacrylate and 0.4 g PVP to 6 g glycerol ,as the B phase, the aluminum chloride and citric acid are added to the water ,as the C phase, concentrate of Cortex Phellodendri is used as the D phase, fully mix above four phases in accordance with the A: B: C: D = 10:3:3:5 ratio o, stir 15min, coat, cover it with anti-sticking layer. Conclusion: The matrix formula of Sanhuang Sanyu Cataplasm is simple and feasible, which is applied to industrial production..
