香菇多糖注射液联合FOLFOX4方案治疗68例晚期胃癌

[目的]评价香菇多糖注射液联合FOLFOX4治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效、生活质量及毒副作用。[方法]68例晚期胃癌患者分为试验组和对照组，试验组（n=34）采用香菇多糖联合FOLFOX4方案，而对照组（n=34）单用FOLFOX4方案，均连用2个周期后评定疗效。[结果]试验组无CR，PR21例，有效率为61.7%；对照组无CR，PR11例，有效率为32.4%，两组比较差异有显著性（P=0.0288）。试验组Karnofsky评分改善率高于对照组（P=0.0149）。试验组血液毒副反应、胃肠道反应明显低于对照组，差异有显著性。[结论]香菇多糖注射液联合FOL-FOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌可提高疗效，改善患者生活质量。

Lentinas Combined with FOLFOX4 Regimen in the Treatment of 68 Cases with Advanced Stomach Cancer

[Purpose] To investigate the efficacy, quality of life and adverse effects of lentinas combined with FOLFOX4 regimen for advanced stomach cancer. [Methods] Sixty-eight patients with advanced stomach eancer were divided into two groups randomly. The patients received lentinas combined with FOLFOX4 regimen in test group （n=34）, FOLFOX4 regimen alone in control group （n=34）. The efficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles. [Results] There were none of CR and 21 of PR in test group, with response rate 61.7%. In control group, there were none of CR and 11 of PR, with response rate 32.4%. Response rate was significantly different between the two groups （P=0.0288）. The Karnofsky score in test group was superior to that in control group（P=0.0149）. The toxicity of blood and digestive tract in test group were milder than that in control group with significant difference. [Conclusion] Lentinas combined with FOLFOX4 treatment for advanced stomach cancer can improve therapeutic efficacy and increace quality of life.
