| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨舒适护理在腹腔镜下全膀胱切除全去带乙状结肠代膀胱术的应用方法。方法：对20例全膀胱切除术患者全程贯穿实施舒适护理模式。结果：通过实施舒适护理,20例患者均能有效地解决清洁灌肠过程中的生理不适以及术后患者疼痛、尿失禁、控尿能力差等护理问题。结论：舒适护理体现了以人为本的护理内涵,减少了并发症,改善了患者的生活质量,也提高了护理质量。
