2010--2012年锦州口岸出入境人员疾病监测结果分析

摘    要:目的掌握锦州口岸出入境人员结构、疾病分布特点,为有针对性地开展疾病监测工作提供依据。方法对2010--2012年锦州口岸8992名出入境人员疾病监测结果进行统计分析。结果检出各种疾病及指标异常者2725例,总检出率为30.30%。其中传染病369例,检出率4.10%,分别是乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性325例、病毒性肝炎22例、梅毒16例、肺结核3例、艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染3例;非传染病及指标异常2356例,检出率26.20%。结论锦州口岸出国劳务、交通员工和来华外籍人员所占比例大,且发病率高,该人群年龄分布在20~40岁,青壮年是肝炎、梅毒、艾滋病的多发群体。因此,要作为重点人群加强监测;宣传和普及传染病防控知识,防止传染病的传播。

Abstract:Objective To understand the entry-exit personnel structure and disease distribution features at Jinzhou port so as to inspect diseases specifically. Methods The disease monitoring results among 8 992 entry-exit persons at Jinzhou port in 2010-2012 were analyzed. Results A total of 2 725 cases of the non-infective diseases and other abnormal conditions and infectious diseases were found among 8 992 entry-exit persons,.the detection rate was 30.30%. In which, 369 cases were infections diseases, the rate was 4.10%, 325 cases of HBsAg positive, 22 cases of virus hepatitis, 16 cases of syphilis, 3 cases of TB and 3 cases of HIV. And there were 2 356 cases of non-infective diseases and other abnormal conditions, the detection rate was 26.20%. Conclusion The majority of entry-exit personnel at Jinzhou port are going-abroad labors, transportation staff and foreigners, and tbe young ones from 20 years old to 40 years old are the susceptible population of syphilis and HIV with high morbidity rate, and they should be regarded as the target population for serious inspection and disease prevention publicity so as to prevent infectious diseases from spreading.
