硫酰氟精确熏蒸技术及SAS实现

摘    要:目的采用国际通用的SAS统计分析平台编制计算机程序,实现硫酰氟杀灭外来有害生物的精确熏蒸技术参数运算。方法应用积分方法,引入半数损失时间理念,计算硫酰氟实现集装箱精确熏蒸所需的起始浓度及初始投药量,并以啮齿动物熏蒸剂量为基准值,按科学的倍数关系,获得10种外来有害生物硫酰氟熏蒸技术参数。结果当集装箱半数损失时间为4h,熏蒸时间为12h,20英尺的标箱熏蒸灭鼠需投药0.237kg,40英尺箱需投药0.474kg,箱内起始熏蒸浓度均须达到7.11g/m^3。其余9种有害生物熏蒸杀灭技术参数同理可得。结论实现硫酰氟精确熏蒸的SAS程序可快速获得多种外来有害生物熏蒸杀灭的技术参数,其方法经验证,证明准确、可靠。

Technique of accurate fumigation using sulphuryl fluoride based on SAS program

Abstract:Objective To realize the accurate fumigation and analysis of its relative technical parameters with com- puter program based on Statistical Analysis System. Methods Half loss time and integral calculus were employed for calculating the initial concentration and dose of accurate fumigation by sulphuryl fluoride. Fumigating technical pa- rameters of ten kind of exotic pest vectors were estimated based on fumigation dose of rodents. Results The initial dose should be 0. 237 kg per 20' standard containers and 0.474 kg per 40' standard containers while half loss time and fumigation time was 4 hours and 12 hours respectively. The initial concentration should both attain 7.11 g/m3. The corresponding parameters of the other nine kind of exotic vectors could be acquired according to the same method and program. Conclusion The SAS program can calculate fumigating technical parameters of many kind of exotic pest vectors ,which is verified as a exact, effective, rapid and simple technique.
