辨证治疗偏头痛100例

目的 对偏头痛的中医内科治疗疗效进行观察与分析.方法 选取我科自2009年10月至2012年10月所治的偏头痛患者共计100例为研究对象.按照中医辨证分型的不同,对患者进行针对性中医内科治疗.治疗15d后,对患者的治疗效果进行综合对比与分析.结果 经过15d的治疗,痰瘀阻络型患者、肝阳上亢型患者、肝肾阴虚型患者、气血亏虚型患者均取得了良好的治疗效果,各组治疗有效性对比不具备显著差异（P＞0.05）,不具有统计学意义.结论 中医内科治疗中对于不同中医辨证分型患者给予不同的治疗方案,所取得的治疗效果显著,对症治疗基础之上能够显著降低患者治疗期间的不良反应,同时尽量控制了偏头痛症状发作的反复性,值得重视与推广.

Treatment of Migraine by Syndrome Differentiation of TCM for 100 Cases

Objective To observe and analyse internal medical therapy of migraine. Methods 100 migraine patients treated in our department from October 2009 to October 2032 were in this study. According to syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine patients were carried on targeted Chinese medical treatment. After 15d treatment effect on patient were comprehensively compared and analysed. Results After 15d treatment, patients with phlegm and blood stasis type, excessive liver yang, 3,in deficiency of liver-kidney, Qiblood deficiency type who achieved good thera peutic effect, the treatment effect in each group had no significant difference （ P 〉0.05）. Conelmion In the Chinese medicine treatment, the pa tients with different syndrome differentiation of TCM type were given different treatment schedule, and achieved significant treatment effect, ad- verse reactions could be significantly lower, and tried to control the recurrent symptoms of migraine attacks, it was worthy of attention and pro motion.
