摘    要:目的测定1%氟虫胺杀蟑胶饵对德国小蠊的实验室和在农贸市场现场的防治效果。方法按照GB/T13917.7—2009和GB/T13917.10—2009进行实验室室内药效和模拟现场药效试验;现场药效试验采用GB/T23795—2009中的粘捕法进行密度监测。结果1%氟虫胺杀蟑胶饵实验室内对德国小蠊的LT50是1.18d,72h死亡率为100%;模拟现场对德国小蠊的LT50为1.12d,72h死亡率为100%;施药后第3天4个农贸市场德国小蠊密度明显下降,密度平均下降率为63.3%,连续补充施药后第15天的下降率分别为95.9%~97.2%。结论1%氟虫胺杀蟑胶饵对德国小蠊在实验室和农贸市场均具有较好的防治效果;它的良好连锁杀灭效果,使其单独使用时能有效地控制各种复杂环境的德国小蠊。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of 1% sulfluramid gel bait against Blattella germanica in the laboratory and farmerg markets. Methods Laboratory test and analogous field test based on GB/T13917.7 - 2009 and GB/ T13917.10 -2009;the density investigation based on GB/T23795 -2009 was employed in field test. Results The LTs0 of 1% sulfluramid gel bait against Blattella germanica was 1. 18d in laboratory, and the 72 hours mortality reached 100% ;In the analogous field test,the LT50 was 1.12d,and the mortality of 72 hours was 100% ;In the four farmerg market, the density of Blattella germanica decreased significantly after applying insecticides 3 days later, the average density reduction rate was 63.3%. Continuously adding gel bait for several days, the killing rate was 95.9% - 97.2% fifteen days after the gel application. Conclusion The application of 1% sulfluramid gel bait could con- trol Blattella germanica better both in laboratory and farmerg market.
