百杀净雾化剂消毒杀虫灭鼠效果的研究

摘    要:目的测定F型百杀净雾化剂的消毒、杀虫、灭鼠效果。方法以白色葡萄球菌为试验对象,使用超微粒雾化机对F型百杀净雾化剂进行模拟现场空气消毒效果研究;以淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、美洲大蠊和小白鼠为试验对象,使用超微粒雾化机对F型百杀净雾化剂进行模拟现场和现场药效研究。结果模拟现场空气消毒效果研究结果表明:F型百杀净雾化剂对空气中自色葡萄球菌具有较好的杀菌作用,在密闭15min内对空气中人工喷染的白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为100%,此时对照组白色葡萄球菌的自然衰亡率为52.67%。模拟现场和集装箱的现场药效研究结果表明:F型百杀净雾化剂对试虫(淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、美洲大蠊)和试鼠(小自鼠)均有良好的杀灭作用,在密闭150min内击倒率达100%,24h死亡率均达到100%,无复苏现象。结论F型百杀净雾化剂对空气具有较好的消毒效果;对鼠、蚊、蝇、蟑螂具有较好的击倒和杀灭作用,同时具有高效快速的特点。

Abstract:Objective To study the efficacy of the Lvyapai F-aerosol Baishajing in disinfection of air and its efficacy against insects and rodents. Methods The disinfection efficacy test had been done against artificially contamina- ting Staphylococcus albus in air of aerosol chamber;the analogous site efficacy test and the site efficacy test had been done against Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica, Blattella german&a, Periplaneta americana and mice. Connect multi-functional ultrafine particles spray equipments were used to spray the Lvyapai F-aerosol Baishajing. Results Baishajing had a good bactericidal effect, the eliminating rate of artificially contaminating Staphylococcus albus in air of aerosol chamber after spraying for 15 min was 100% and at that moment the natural decay rate of the control group was 52.67%. The analogous site efficacy test and the site efficacy test showed that Baishajing had remarkable control effects against Culex pipiens pallens ,Musca domestica ,Blattella gerrnanica, Periplaneta americana and mice, 150 min knocking down and 24 h mortality were 100%. Conclusion Lvyapai F-aerosol Baishajing has a good bactericidal effect and remarkable control effects against insects and rodents.
