盐城市区家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性调查

摘    要:目的了解盐城市区现场品系家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为合理选择用药提供依据。方法采用点滴法测定抗性水平。结果现场品系家蝇对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏对家蝇的LD50分别为0.00735、0.2076、0.09989μg/蝇。结论盐城市区家蝇对高效氯氰菊酯产生超高抗性,对溴氰菊酯和敌敌畏产生高抗性。建议加强抗性监测、科学用药,采取综合防治措施,延缓抗性的发展。

Abstract:Objective To understand the resistance of Musca domestica to common used insecticides in Yancheng city, and provide evidence for rational use of drugs. Methods Determining the resistance by topical application method. Results The LD50 of Musca domestica to deltamethrin, beta-cypermedlrin, DDVP were 0. 007 35,0. 207 6,0. 099 89. Conclusion The collected Musca domesticas has developed high resistance to common insecticides in Yancheng city. It is necessary to strengthen monitoring of resistance and use insecticides scientifically. Integrated man- agement should be taken to overcome or delay the resistance development of housefly.
