摘    要:目的 比较二维子宫输卵管超声造影(2D-HyCoSy)与子宫输卵管造影(HSG)评价输卵管通畅性的价值。方法 应用2D-HyCoSy对27例不孕症妇女共54条输卵管进行检查,造影剂为SonoVue,并与HSG对照分析。结果 2D-HyCoSy诊断输卵管通者31条,闭塞23条;HSG诊断输卵管通者30条,闭塞24条,两组检查结果比较差异无统计学意义(P=1.000)。两种检查方法一致性好,Kappa值为0.812。结论 2D-HyCoSy在评价输卵管通畅性方面与HSG有很高的一致性,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To compare the accordance of two-dimensional hysterosalpingo-constrast sonography (2D-HyCoSy) and hysterosalpingography (HSG) in assessment of tubal patency. Methods 2D-HyCoSy with SonoVue was performed in all 54 fallopian tubes of 27 infertile women, and the results were compared with those of HSG. Results 2D-HyCoSy showed 31 fallopian tubes passable and 23 fallopian tubes obstructed, while HSG showed 30 tubes passable and 24 ones obstructed. The difference between the two methods was no statistical significant (P=1.000). The accordance of 2D-HyCoSy and HSG was good, with the Kappa value was 0.812. Conclusion 2D-HyCoSy has high consistency with HSG in the assessment of tubal patency, which is deserved to be popularized in the clinical.
