摘    要:水通道蛋白(AQPs)在水的跨膜转运中发挥着重要作用。现已证实有4种(AQP1、3、4、5)水通道蛋白分布于肺组织内,它们主要位于肺毛细血管内皮细胞、肺泡I型上皮细胞和气道上皮细胞上。作为第一个被发现的水通道蛋白,AQP1参与了急性肺损伤和肺水肿、肿瘤生长和转移以及诸多肺部疾病的发病机制。

Abstract:plays an important role in water transport through the membrane. Nowadays, it has been proved to have four aquaporins in the lung tissues. They are mainly expressed in lung mi crovascular endothelial cells,type I alveolar epithelial cells and epithelia in the airways. As the first identified aquaporin, AQP1 has been found to be involved in the mechanism of many pulmonary diseases, such as acute lung injury and pulmonary edema, tumor growth and transference as well.
