| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜下双径路（经改良上颌窦根治术＋上颌窦自然口）治疗复发性变应性真菌性上颌窦炎。方法对本科2005年-2007年6例复发性变应性真菌性上颌窦炎经改良上颌窦根治术＋上颌窦自然口双径路进行鼻内镜下手术。结果6例患者全部治愈,无1例再复发,1年后复查CT片上颌窦均无真菌和炎症。结论复发性变应性真菌性上颌窦炎可以通过双径路鼻内镜下进行手术治疗,且疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of treatment for recurring allergic fundal maxillary sinusitis under endoscopic surgery with dual approaches . （modified maxillectomy surgery and natural ostium of maxillary sinus）. Methods Six cases of recurring allergic fundal maxillary sinusitis were operated under endoscopic surgery by dual approaches during the period of 2005-2007 in our hospital. Results The cases were cured without recurrence. Among them no allergic fungi and inflammation were found by examination of CT scan follow-up 1 year later. Conclusion Recurring allergic fungal maxillary sinusitis can be treated under endoscopic surgery with dual approaches and the effects are satisfied. |
