低剂量农药混配对家兔周围神经传导功能影响的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨低剂量丙溴磷等农药混配对家兔周围神经传导功能的影响。方法 将家兔随机分为 3个混配农药染毒组 ,1个单剂农药染毒组和 1个对照组 ,选用丙溴磷、溴氰菊酯和灭多威 3种农药以不同的剂量和种类进行混配 ,经皮肤染毒。于染毒前和染毒后 7d、14d、2 1d对各组分别进行神经 肌电图描记 ,记录传导速度、远端潜伏时、近端潜伏时等指标 ,并测定各组血清ChE活力。结果 各组血清ChE活力在正常范围。与对照组和单剂农药染毒组比较 ,在染毒的不同时间 ,混配农药染毒组的神经传导速度明显减慢 ,同时远端潜伏时、近端潜伏时显著延长 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 混配农药引起的周围神经传导功能的改变早于胆碱酯酶活力的抑制 ,这对混配农药中毒的早期诊断和防治可能有一定意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of low-dose mixed pesticide on conductive function of the peripheral nerve. Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into three mixed pesticide poisoning groups ,one single-pesticide poisoning group and one control group.All the groups were poisoned by skin.The motor nerve conductive velocity(MCV) and the MCV latency were measured in each group before poisoning and in the 7th,14th and 21st day during poisoning, and the serum activity of choline esterase (ChE) were tested before and after poisoning in each group.Results The serum activity of ChE was normal in each group.Compared with control group and one single-pesticide poisoning group,the MCV decreased and the MCV latency prolonged significantly during the poisoning( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion The changes of conductive function of the peripheral nerve resulted from low-dose mixed pesticide was earlier than the inhibition of the activity of ChE,which must be favored in early diagnosis and prevention in mixed pesticide poisoning.
