老年口腔扁平苔藓免疫电镜细胞观察

目的：探讨老年患者口腔扁平苔藓的免疫发病机理。方法：采用透射电子显微镜观察老年口腔扁平苔藓患者的免疫细胞学变化。结果：上皮层病变，郎格罕细胞呈轻度水肿变性，粘膜上皮基底板呈阶段性溶解，脱落的上皮细胞内有凋亡小体，活化的T淋巴细胞攻击粘膜上皮细胞。固有层病变，固有层活化的肥大细胞数目增多，活化的淋巴细胞与活化的脱颗粒的肥大细胞膜相接触、相吻合，可见淋巴细胞间合作现象及微血管内皮细胞及周细胞损害。结论：老年人口腔扁平苔藓的发病机理是以细胞介导的免疫反应为主，继发或伴发有体液免疫反应。

Observation on Immunocyte of Oral Lichen Planus of old People

To explore the immunopathogenesis of oral lichen planus of old people. Methods:The immunocyte changes of old patients with oral lichen planus were observed with transmission electron microscopy. Results: In epithelial layer, langer-han cells appeared mild edema and degeneration, the basement membrane of mucosa were dissolved step by step, there were apoptotic bodies in fallen epithelial cells and activated T lymphocytes attacked the epithelial cells of mucosa. In inherent layer, the number of activated mast cells increased, the activated lymphocytes were contacted and coincided with the mem-brances of those activated degranulation mast cells, there were the cooperation between lymphocytes and the injury of micro-vascular epithelial cells and perithelial cells. Conclusion: The oral lichen planus of old people is a kind of immune reaction, which is mainly mediated by cells and companied with body fluid immunity.
