卡维地洛联合缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

目的分析研究卡维地洛联合缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年6月至2013年5月期间在本院治疗的86例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料。将86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,对照组在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上,采用缬沙坦口服治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上,加用卡维地洛口服治疗,疗程均为6个月。结果治疗组总有效率、治疗后LVEF、LVD、LVS及SV等超声心动图指标改善程度均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论卡维地洛联合缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭,临床疗效确切,且患者耐受性好,是治疗充血性心力衰竭的较好方法。

Clinical observation of therapeutic effect of carvedilol combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical effects of carvedilol combined with valsartan in treating chronic cardiac failure.Methods 86 cases of heart failure patients were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group and the control group 43 cases per guorp,the control group in the conventional treatment of heart failure based on,valsartan oral treatment;the treatment group on the basis of the control group,treated with oral treatment.Results the treatment group after treatment,the efficiency of LVEF,LVD,LVS and SV ultrasound heartbeat graph index improved significantly than that in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion the combination of valsartan and carvedilol in treatment of chronic heart failure,clinical curative effect.
