ICU患者行气管切开术后并发肺部感染的护理干预

目的探讨ICU患者行气管切开术后并发肺部感染的护理干预效果。方法选取本院2011年5月至2012年5月ICU收治的130例气管切开术后并发肺部感染患者,按照随机数字分组法将130例患者分为治疗组和对照组各65例,对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在常规护理的基础上给予护理干预措施。结果经过积极的治疗和护理后,治疗组治疗成功率92.3%,显著高于对照组的80%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义P〈0.05。治疗组并发症发生率3.1%,对照组为10.8%。两组比较P〈0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论护理干预可有效提高气管切开术后并发肺部感染的救治成功率,改善患者预后,值得临床推广应用。

ICU patients with pulmonary infection after tracheotomy nursing intervention

Objective To investigate the ICU patients with pulmonary infection after tracheotomy care intervention. Methods A hospital in May 2012 to 2013 of 130 cases admitted to ICU with pulmonary infection after tracheotomy patients, according to the random digit grouping method 130 patients divided into treatment group and control group 65 cases, the control group received routine care, the treatment group on the basis of routine care given to nursing interventions. Results After aggressive treatment and care, the success rate of the treatment group was 92.3%, significantly higher than 80%, the difference was statistically significant P 0.05. Treatment group complication rate of 3.1%. The control group was 10.8%. Two groups P 0.05 statistically significant difference. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve pulmonary infection after tracheotomy the treatment success rate, improved patient outcomes, worthy of clinical application.
