瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚在小儿腹部外科手术中的应用

目的分析研究瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚在小儿腹部外科手术中的麻醉效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,将68例腹部外科手术患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组术中间断静脉注射氯胺酮复合丙泊酚,观察组以瑞芬太尼持续泵注复合丙泊酚,监测两组患儿血压、平均动脉压（MAP）、血氧饱和度（SpO2）、心率（HR）、心电图、呼吸频率（RR）,记录停药至苏醒时间,有无呼吸抑制等情况。结果观察组在实施过程中的镇痛效果及平均血压心率、麻醉苏醒时间等方面均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组出现1例恶心呕吐,对照组出现2例恶心呕吐,1例术后躁动,两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚在小儿腹部外科手术中麻醉效果较好,恢复快,值得临床推广应用。

Application of remfentanil combined with prapofol used in child abdominal operation

Objective To observe the clinical effects of remifentanil combined with propofol in treating child abdominal surgery operation.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 68 patients with child abdominal surgery operation who were admitted in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group contained 34 cases.The control group were treated with ketamine combined with propofol,the observation group were treated with remifentanil combined with propofol.Results There were significant differences of analgesia,BP,HR and palinesthesia time between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The observation group 1 cases had nausea and vomitting.3 cases exhibited adverse effect in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Remifentanil combined with propofol in treating child abdominal surgery operation was proved to be a safe and effective therapy and worthy of clinical use.
