摘    要:本文报告用间接微量酶联免疫吸附试验检测森脑特异IgM抗体。在37份采自病后不同时期的森脑患者血清中,共检出25例阳性。试验发现森脑特异IgM在病后1周内即以较高滴度存在,2周左右达到高峰,然后迅速下降,至5月后基本消失。未发现血清中同时存在的特异IgG对IgM检测有明显影响。通过对类风湿因子阳性血清的检测、SPA吸收试验、阻断试验、酶抗体结合物试验等,证实了检测结果的可靠性。这一方法简单、敏感、特异,适用于森脑的早期诊断。

The use of an indirect micro-ELISA for detection of IgM antibodies against RSSE
Abstract:An indirect micro ELISA was developed for detection of IgM antibodies against RSSE virus. Of 37 sera from RSSE patients, 25 showed positive results. It is found that RSSE-specific IgM was detectable in high titre as early as 4 days after onset of the disease, reached its peak in the second week, then dropped down rapidly and disappeared within 5 months. The phenomenon that the xistence of specific IgG may affect the detection of specific IgM is not found. The specificity of this technique was confirmed by detection of RF-positive sera, blocking test and SPA absorbing test. It is suggests that this ELISA system can be used as a simple,rapid and sensitive method for early diagnosis of RSSE.
