我院内科糖尿病住院病人2002年-2008年统计分析

目的了解我院内科住院患者中糖尿病患病情况，探索慢性病发展的特点和规律，为预防和治疗提供一定的统计参考资料。方法调取2002年-2008年期间在内科住院26岁～75岁患者有关资料，以出院主要诊断为依据进行整理分析。按照患者的民族，年龄，性别和人院时间不同归类统计糖尿病的发病情况。结果1．住院患者中糖尿病患病逐年增加，并随着年龄的增长而增长，（P〈0．05）。2．不同民族之间糖尿患病存有差异（P〈O．05）。维族患糖尿病占28．13％高于哈族（10．93％）也高于汉族（26．79％）回族（26．02％）和锡伯族（23．51％）。3．男性患糖尿病高于女性，且P〈0．05。结论新疆伊犁地区住院患者中糖尿病患病逐年递增，维吾尔族住院人群糖尿病患病高于其他民族。

Statistical Analysis of Diabetes Inpatients of Internal Medicine in our hospital from 2002 to 2008

Objective To investigate sickness status of diabetes inpatients of internal medicine in our hospital and explore the characteristics and rules of development of chronic diseases to provide some statistical reference for disease prevention and treatment. Method Coding aceroding to International Classification of Diseases（ICD- 10）, searching, summarizing and doing statistical analysis based on discharge diagnosis and calculating diabetes morbidity based on patients＇ nationalities, ages, genders and admission time. Results Inpatients＇ diabetes morbidity has been increasing year by year, and increased with age（P 〈 0.05）. Diabetes morbidity was different in patients with different nationalities（P 〈 0.05）. Uygur patients＇ diabetes morbidity was 28.13%, higher than Han, Hui and Xibe nationalities, whose diabetes morbidity were 26.79%, 26.02% and 23.51%, respectively. Male＇s morbidity was higher than female＇ s（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Diabetes morbidity of inpatients in Yili region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was increasingly year by year. Uygur inpatients＇ diabetes morbidity was higher than other nationalities.
