| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药槲寄生不同溶剂提取物对血小板活化因子(PAF)的拮抗作用。方法：应用血小板活化因子(PAF)诱导血小板聚集，以槲寄生的石油醚提取物、氯仿提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物和水提取物分别给兔灌胃。观察灌胃前，灌胃后4h和8h各提取物对兔血小板聚集功能的影响。结果与结论：槲寄生对PAF诱导的血小板聚集有抑制作用。槲寄生水提取物及乙酸乙酯提取物均有拮抗PAF的作用。

| Abstract: | Aim: To observe the antagonistic effect of different solution extracts of ramulus viscin on platelet-activating factor (PAF). Methods: Human platelet aggregation function in vitro was determined before and after the use of PAF, a platelet aggregation inducer.To test changes of human platelet aggregation function in vitro by platelet aggregation agents before and after pretreated by ramulus viscin extract, the extracts of ramulus viscin in petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,and water phases were given to rabbits by gavage,respectively.The platelet aggregation function was observed before gavage,and at 4 h and 8 h after gavage.Results and conclusion: Ramulus viscin could inhibit platelet aggregation function with PAF stimulating,and the effective section is in its water solution and ethyl acetate solution. |
