腓骨带肌蒂转移加植骨治疗同侧胫骨骨髓炎骨缺损

目的 探讨腓骨带肌蒂转移治疗腰骨骨髓炎遗留缺损的疗效。方法根据胫骨缺损的长度，切取同侧腓骨带肌蒂转移至胫骨缺损区，植入大量松质骨，加内固定，置管冲洗。结果 手术治疗23例，经2-4年观察，骨愈合时间接近正常，而踝关节功能无明显障碍。结论 同侧腓骨作为转移材料，治疗慢性骨髓炎遗留胫骨缺损是简单、有效的供体，值得推广。

Transplantation of the fibula attaching the pedicel muscle and placement of bone for treating defect left by chronic tibia osteomyelitis

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the transplantation of the fibula attaching the pedicel muscle in treating defect left by chronic tibia osteomyelitis. Methods Based on the length of the tibia defect, the fibula attaching the pedicel muscle on the same side of the defect was cut and transplanted in the section of the defect. Spongy bones in large quantities were planted and fixed internally, which were washed with a drain afterward. Results 23 cases were operated. 2-4-year observation found the healing time of the tibia was nearly normal, and there was no obvious dysfunction in ankle joint. Conclusion The fibula on the same side of the defect used for treating tibia defect left by chronic ostemyelitis is an effective and simple supplier, worth of popularizing.
