| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性肝癌术后行TACE（transcatheter arterial chemoemblization）的护理。方法对178例原发性肝癌切除术后行TACE的患者,在术前进行心理护理,术后对病情观察、并发症的预防及心理、饮食等相关方面的护理。结果介入治疗的顺利完成,降低了并发症的发生,提高了患者的生活质量。结论给予肝癌术后行介入治疗患者良好的护理,对减轻患者痛苦、改善患者的生存质量有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing for the postoperative patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma after the treatment of transcatheter arterial chemoemblization（TACE）.Methods 178 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent TACE after operation were analyzed from the observation of disease condition,prevention complications and nursing of complications,psychology and diet.Results：The interventional therapy was successful,the complications rate was decreased,and the life quality of patients was ameliorated.Conclusions：It has important meaning-on relieving the sufferings of patients and improving the patients survival equality through taking satisfactory nursing care for patients with postoperative intervention. |
