| 摘 要： | 肩关节脱位是骨伤科门诊常见病之一,临床常用的复位手法较多,如拔伸足蹬法、拔伸托入法等,对一般的肩关节脱位疗效尚佳,但对肩部肌肉发达、体格健壮、脱位时间过长者,多难以奏效。自2004年至2009年对30例难复性肩关节前脱位患者采用坐位杠杆整复复位,效果满意,现报告如下。
