手术室外来医疗器械的管理

目的:有效控制外来医疗器械的清洗、灭菌质量,保证手术患者的手术安全。方法:分析该院原有外来医疗器械管理制度中的缺陷,进一步完善外来医疗器械管理制度,并严格按制度进行操作。结果:由医疗器械公司按时将外来医疗器械及规范的、可粘贴的器械标识送至该院,由手术室器械供应部对其进行清洗、检查、包装、灭菌、监测,并建立规范的可追溯记录。结论:对外来医疗器械的规范化管理,能确保外来医疗器械的清洗、灭菌质量,保障手术患者的安全。

Management of external medical device in operating room under new professional standard

Objective： To control the cleaning and sterilization quality of external medical device to ensure patients＇ safety. Methods： We analyzed the deficiency of our original management system for external medical device, and modified it. After that, we changed our practice based on the new management system. Results： All suppliers could provide us normal medical device with proper identification stickers. Medical device supply center was responsible for cleaning, checking, packing, sterilizing and monitoring the external medical device. All processes were recorded for future checking. Conclusion： Standardized management of external medical device could make sure the sterilization quality and protect patients＇safety.
