MTA1、VEGF在化疗后骨肉瘤中的表达及其意义

目的 研究化疗后骨肉瘤组织中残存肿瘤细胞MTA1、VEGF的表达在骨肉瘤发生、发展中的作用及其与预后的相关性.方法 应用免疫组化技术检测36例化疗后骨肉瘤组织残存肿瘤细胞中MTA1、VEGF的表达,应用统计学方法分析二者与预后的关系.结果 化疗后残存肿瘤细胞MTA1、VEGF的阳性表达率分别为55.56%(20/36)、44.44%(16/36),统计学分析显示与患者的预后有相关性,二者联合表达的患者预后更差.结论 化疗后骨肉瘤中残存肿瘤细胞MTA1、VEGF阳性表达的患者预后差,同时检测有助于评价患者预后.

Expression and significance of MTA1 and VEGF in osteosarcoma after chemotherapy

Objective To study the function of MTAI and VEGF expressions in the residual osteosarcoma cells after chemotherapy, in the occurrence and the development of osteosarcoma, and their relationship with prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was applied to detect the expression of MTAI and VEGF in the residual tumor cells from 36 osteosarcoma patients after chemotherapy. Statistical analysis was used to explore the relationship between the expression and the prognosis. Results The positive expression rate of MTA1 and VEGF after chemotherapy was 55.56% （20/36） and 44.44% （16/36） respectively. Statistical analysis showed that they were related to patients＇ prognosis. Patients with assoiated expression of MTA1 and VEGF had worse prognosis. Conclusions The patients＇ prognosis is bad if MTA1 and VEGF in the residual tumor cells show positive expression. Meanwhile, tests will help to evaluate the prognosis.
