| 摘 要： | 作为独立学院,最初该院护理学专业设置参照母体院校而制定,在教学实践中发现母体院校的专业培养方案并不完全适用于其护理学专业学生的发展。为此,通过修订培养方案、探讨新的教学方法、改进培养模式、加强专业建设等措施进一步完善护理学教学,为独立院校专业建设提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | As the independent institute, the speicality offered of the initial nursing of our academy is made according to the parent＇s university, we find in teaching practice the professional cultivation schemes of the parent＇s university are not totally suitable for the development with specialized nursing of our academy students.for this reason, through revise scheme of training, probe into new teaching method, improve training mode, respect of strengthening professional construction etc. improve nursing teaching further, offer the theoretical foundation for the fact that the independent institutes＇ speciality is built. |
