湖北地区医院静脉治疗护理管理现状调查与对策

目的:了解湖北地区医院静脉治疗护理管理现状。方法:对湖北地区49家医院的112名护士进行问卷调查。结果:①34家(69.4%)医院成立了静脉治疗组织,随着组织的不断健全,将逐渐实现常态化管理;33家医院(67.4%)将静脉治疗列入专项质量控制,由护理部与静脉治疗组织、科室共同管理,静脉治疗质量控制标准定位尚在探索中,专业化管理手段有待完善。②87名被调查者(77.7%)参加过静脉治疗相关培训,静脉治疗培训方式的多样化得到拓展,应尽快建立分层培训体系。③55名被调查者(49.1%)撰写过静脉治疗方面的护理论文,应加大专业领域研究力度,激发护士的科研意识。结论:湖北地区医院对静脉治疗护理管理、培训和研究高度重视,正向专业化、体系化、标准化的广度和深度推进,体现了静脉治疗专业管理方式与内涵的发展需求。

Nursing management status of infusion therapy in Hubei province

Objective：To explore the developing situation of infusion therapy management in Hubei province.Method：A Survey was implemented in 112 nurses from 49 hospitals in Hubei province.Results：①Among 49 hospitals,34（69.4%）of them set up infusion therapy teams.Infusion therapy was under dynamic quality control in 33（67.4%）hospitals.These measures were leading quality management in infusion therapy to normalization state.But detail quality control standards and professional management strategies need further exploration.②Eighty seven（77.7%）respondents had received training for infusion therapy.A standardized and appropriate personnel training system should be established.③Fifty five（49.1%）respondents had done some research on infusion therapy.Nurses need to improve their research ability.Conclusion：Management,training and research in infusion therapy has got attention from hospitals in Hubei province,and it would have more professional,systematic and standardized development.
