| 摘 要： | 目的:调查全省40家医院临床护理人员工作量,以期了解当前该省临床护理人员护理工作时间的分配状况。方法:确定需要观测的直接和间接护理项目,通过横断面调查记录临床护士每班直接和间接护理时间及总护理时间,将被调查人员护理工作时间按项目累计汇总,并计算占总工作时间的百分比,测定占用护理时间前10位的护理项目;计算周一至周日每日每人平均总护理时间,平均直接护理时间、平均间接护理时间所占总平均护理时间的比例。结果:占总时间比例较大的前3个护理项目是:护理记录、更换液体与处理医嘱。结论:通过对护理工时的测量,为卫生行政部门、各级医疗机构对护理人员进行合理调配等提供客观数据支持及参考意见。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the nursing hours distribution situation in Jiangsu Province by investigating nurses＇ workload in 40 hospitals.Methods：It was a cross-sectional study.We selected some direct and indirect nursing items which need monitoring,then recorded and calculated nurses＇ working hours on different nursing items.The percentage of time spent on each item,top 10 time-wasting items,individual＇s total working hours per week,average direct nursing hours,average indirect nursing hours and their proportions in total nursing hours also were calculated.Results：The top three items which occupied most nursing time were recording nursing document,chang ingintravenous fluid and dealing with doctor＇s order.Conclusion：We provided objective data and reference to nurse managers for allocating nurse resources more properly. |
