摘    要:目的:探讨稳定合同制护士的激励机制。方法:提高生活福利待遇,进行护理职业发展设计,实施各种形式奖励,强调医院护理文化的激励作用。结果:保持了较低的人员离职率,形成了一支积极进取的合同制护士队伍。结论:管理人员要及时掌握政策并注重与各部门的沟通,制订各项管理措施时充分考虑医院和护士双方的需求以及营造关爱和谐、尊重平等的人际氛围是制订激励措施与确保落实的关键。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the motivate mechanism to stabilize the contract nurse group. Methods: The motivate measures including improving welfare, making career design, providing the rewards and advocating nursing culture of the hospital were conducted. Results: The nurse turnover rate kept low and cohesion had been set up.
