Implementation of responsibility grouping system and its effect

This article is to explore the effect of responsibility grouping system. In the pilot ward, the managers changed work assignment method. A group of nurses had charge of all nursing work of some patients and provided continuous nursing service for them. The managers strengthened management, and perfected support system and supervision system. After implementation of responsibility grouping system, the basic nursing quality improved, the nursing defect and patients＇ complaint incidence decreased, the nursing safety ensured, nurses was intimate with patients, and the satisfaction of patients, nurses, and doctors increased.
