| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肢端恶性黑色素瘤区域热药灌注化疗对CD3+,CD4+,CD8+表达的影响.方法 34例肢端恶性黑色素瘤患者行区域热药灌注化疗手术,检测治疗前后CD3+,CD4+,CD8+表达,二次手术切除原发灶.结果 区域热药灌注化疗手术后肿瘤组织坏死,CD4+成高表达,CD4+/CD8+比值增加,对照治疗前后有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 区域热药灌注化疗手术对肢端恶性黑色素瘤可提升细胞免疫功能,防止肿瘤复发转移,并促使肿瘤组织坏死,有利于手术切除.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of hot-natured drugs perfuslon chemomerapy on me expression of CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋ in patients with acral malignant melanoma. Methods 34 patients underwetn hotnatured drugs perfusion chemotherapy. The expression of CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋ was detected preand post treatment respectively. The primary carcinoma was resected in the second surgery. Results The tumor tissue died after hot-natured drugs perfusion. The expression of CD4＋ increased as a consequence and the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ also increased. There was significance between the situation pre- and post- treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Hot-natured drugs perfusion chemotherapy can enhance the cellular immune function in patients with acral malignant melanoma, prevent metastasis, and accelerate the necrosis of the tumor tissues. It is helpful to the tumor resection. |
