| 摘 要： | 颈腰腿痛是骨伤科的常见病和多发病,也正因为如此,在临床工作中,往往在惯性思维的影响下,将大部分的颈腰腿痛都归结为颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出、腰肌劳损等病名,而忽视了对每例患者疾病特点的分析,忽视了必要的鉴别诊断,导致误诊。
