1354份腹泻患者的粪便标本细菌培养鉴定及药敏试验分析

目的了解腹泻患者的病原菌群分布及其药敏特征,给临床医生治疗腹泻患者时合理应用抗菌药提供依据。方法按常规采用粪便培养法,通过分离、生物化学鉴定确定菌株、药物敏感试验,对部分菌株用血清学做了分型。结果从1354份腹泻患者的粪便标本中,培养出致病菌654株,阳性率为48.30%,其中志贺氏菌属314株,占48.01%,肠球菌属98株,占14.98%,肠致病性大肠埃希菌属47株,占7.19%,真菌13株,占1.99%。对检出菌做药敏试验：敏感率≥75%抗菌药有：左氧氟沙星对志贺氏菌、克雷伯菌属;环丙沙星对变形杆菌;头孢噻肟对变形杆菌;头孢哌酮对变形杆菌。其中复方新诺明敏感率最低,仅对肠球菌属达到10.20%。结论感染性腹泻的病原体致病菌占56.58%、条件致病菌占43.42%,近年来条件致病菌呈上升趋势。耐药菌株在增多,提示临床医生给腹泻患者选用抗菌药应以药敏结果为指导。
