| 摘 要： | 目的:制定知母种子检验方法,为知母种子检验规程及质量分级的制定奠定基础.方法:参照中国农作物种子检验规程对知母种子的扦样、净度分析、真实性鉴定、千粒重、含水量、发芽率、生活力等指标进行了测定.结果与结论:通过对知母种子7项指标的测定,初步建立了知母种子质量检验方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective: The aim of this study was to optimize the testing methods of seed quality, and provide a basis for establishing seed testing rules and quality grading standard of Anemarrhena asphodeloides.Methods:Referring to the Rules for agricultural seed testing(GB/T 3543-1995) issued by China, the items including purity analysis, weight of 1 000 seeds, verification of genuineness, moisture content, percentage germination, seed viability have been tested.
