| 摘 要： | 目的通过ELISA法与金标法两种检测梅毒方法的结果差异分析，评价两种梅毒检测方法在临床梅毒检测中的应用效果。方法采用ELISA法和金标法两种方法同时检测病人血清标本中的梅毒螺旋体抗体。结果两种方法同时检测892例病人血清标本中的梅毒螺旋体抗体中，ELISA法阳性31例，阳性率3．48％；金标法阳性18例，阳性率2．02％。结论ELISA方法的阳性率大于金标方法，ELISA法敏感性远远高于金标法，在临床梅毒螺旋体抗体的检测中最好使用ELISA法，以减少漏检率。

| Abstract: | Objective ELISA, and the gold standard method of two methods of detection of difference between the results of syphilis, syphilis testing method for evaluating both the clinical effectiveness of syphilis detection method using gold standard. Method ELISA method and simultaneous detection of serum two methods samples of antibody of Treponema pallidum. Results The two methods detectod 892 cases while in the serum samples of patients Treponema pallidum antibodies, ELISA method positive in 3l cases, positive rate of 3.48% ; gold standard method positive in 18 cases, the positive rate of 2.02%, Conclusion The positive rate of ELISA methods is greater than gold standard method, ELISA method is much higher than the sensitivity of gold standard method in the clinical detection of Treponema paUidum antibodies using the ELISA method best to reduce the missing rate. |
