小细胞肺癌患者循环DNA水平的临床应用

目的研究循环DNA作为肿瘤标志物在小细胞肺癌患者中的临床意义。方法以荧光定量PCR方法检测67例小细胞肺癌（small cell lung cancer，SCLC）患者血浆及柏例健康对照者血浆循环DNA的水平，对比治疗前后的差异及与临床分期的相关性。结果67例SCLC患者Ct值与对照组比较显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后SCLC患者各组Ct值与治疗前比较均有增高。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；临床分期晚则Ct值减少，其中广泛期SCLC患者Ct值明显降低。结论血浆循环DNA水平与小细胞肺癌患者的临床分期及治疗疗效具有相关性，是一种简单、有效的肺癌标志物。

Clinical application of circulating DNA in patients with small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical values of circulating tumor DNA in small cell lung cancer. Methods Real - time PCR method was used to test the amount of circulating tumor DNA in plasma from 67 patients with SCLC, and in plasma of 40 normal subjects. Results The Ct values in 67 patients were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05）, especially in those patients with advanced stages. Ct values increased to higher degree after treatment in SCLC patients （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Plasma circulating DNA is associated with the stage and clinical outcome of SCLC patients. It can be used as a tumor marker in SCLC.
