| 摘 要： | 目的研究微囊化人胰腺癌细胞建立裸鼠胰腺癌模型效果,以期建立稳定的更为理想的胰腺癌动物模型.方法 分别以人胰腺癌细胞悬液和微囊化人胰腺癌细胞悬液建立皮下移植瘤模型,定期监测皮下肿瘤大小,绘制生长曲线并进行比较.分别以人胰腺癌细胞悬液和微囊化人胰腺癌细胞建立原位移植瘤模型,分别于模型建立后第4周和第8周进行正电子发射计算机...
