中药熏洗治疗256例肛肠病术后疼痛疗效观察

目的探讨中药熏洗对于肛肠病术后疼痛的影响。方法采用随机、单盲法将2010年2月～2011年2月就诊的肛肠手术患者分为试验组256例和对照组255例。试验组采用超声雾化熏洗仪中药熏洗治疗,对照组采用中药坐浴治疗,治疗后两组进行对照比较。结果试验组总有效率为97.27%,对照组总有效率为80.78%,试验组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,且在术后疼痛消失时间、水肿消退时间、创面渗出物消失时间及创面愈合时间四方面均低于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论超声雾化熏洗仪中药熏洗可明显减轻术后患者肛门部疼痛,促进水肿消退、减少创面渗出物及促进创面愈合,是一种行之有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy Observation on Post-surgical Pain for 256 Cases of Anal Disease Treated with Fumigation of Herbal Medicine

Objective To explore the effect of fumigation of herbal medicine on post-surgical pain for anal disease.Methods The random and single-blind method was adopted to form a trial group（256 cases）and a control group（255 cases）from the anal surgical patients collected from February 2010 to February 2011.In trial group,an ultrasonic atomization fumigation device was used for fumigation of herbal medicine.In control group,a hip bath of herbal medicine was adopted.The comparison was performed between two groups.Results The total effective rate was 97.27% in trial group and was 80.78% in control group.The effective rate in trial group was higher apparently than that in control group（P0.01）.In terms of pain disappearance time,edema removal time,disappearance time of wound exudates and time of wound healing after surgery,the results in treatment group were all lower than those in control group,presenting statistical significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion The fumigation of herbal medicine with an ultrasonic atomization fumigation device can apparently alleviate anal pain,promote edema removal,reduce wound exudates and enhance wound healing after surgery.It is an effective therapy and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
