| 摘 要： | 目的:研究不同发芽条件对杭白芷种子发芽的影响.方法:以杭白芷种子为材料,比较前处理方法、光照条件、发芽床、温度对杭白芷种子萌发的影响.结果:(1)75%乙醇浸泡1min为最佳前处理方法.(2)黑暗状态下更有利于杭白芷种子的萌发.(3)纸上(TP)发芽床的发芽率高于纸间(BP)、砂上(TS)、砂床(S)3种发芽床.(4)15℃(16 h)～25℃(8h)变温条件有利于杭白芷种子发芽.结论:杭白芷种子发芽的最优条件是:75%乙醇前处理1min,15℃(16h)～25℃(8h)变温条件下,在纸上(BP)发芽床上暗培养.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of culture condition on the germination of Angelica dahurica seeds. Methods: The effect of pre-treatment methods, illumination condition, germination bed and culture temperature on the germination of Angelica dahurica seeds was compared.
