探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床应用价值

目的探讨腹腔镜干下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床应用价值。方法子宫肌瘤70例随机分为腹腔镜干下子宫肌瘤剔除手术组40例,开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术组30例,对两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后下床时间、术后平均住院日进行统计分析。结果子宫肌瘤剔除术腹腔镜组与开腹组平均手术时间分别为（128±15）min,（90±12）min;平均术中出血量分别为（36±7）ml、（80±5）ml;平均术后下床活动时间分别为（24±4）h、（48±6）h;平均肛门排气时间分别为（21±2）h（、43±2）h;术后平均住院日分别为（3±1）d、（4±2）d。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术疗效显著,具有创伤小、住院时间短、恢复快等优点,是一种安全、有效的微创手术。
